Birthday is Coming!!

So what does that mean?? Possibly new additions to my wardrobe. Money I should PROBABLY save or spend on more practical things, will most likely go towards winter boots. Or a large amount of feather accessories. I keep thinking how aweful I am. But then I think - it makes me happy! And I just want to be happy on my birthday! And this money was a gift! Its not MY money, from my check, that I'm using for clothing instead of, say, FOOD. ....I feel like an idiot, but I'm probably going to just be frivolous and regret it later.

On that happy note, here's a collage I did (really un-fancy, simple, blah) of some of my favorite shoes I've seen lately.  I might post one of feather earrings later. Just cause.

I think I'm going to try and get a really good quality, weather-proof, heavy-duty winter boot. Something that will last me years and survive camping trips and a sudden, catastrophic need of survivalist living.

But then I see something totally useless, probably will last me a few months, and might not even fit me well and IT JUST LOOKS SO GODDAMN SEXY or AWESOME that I just writhe around in my misery and end up not buying anything at all just to keep myself from buying the beautiful useless boots.

But since a shopping trip is going to be the grand total sum of my birthday celebrating, I need to get SOMETHING awesome. Maybe not shoes. Maybe nothing expensive at all. But we'll see. We'll see.
